The Ballroom
The beautiful, recently refurbished ground-floor ballroom with an additional recess behind has elegant floor length swag and tail curtaining, polished heart Rimu floors, high ceilings, chandeliers and open fireplaces making this a very special venue for any occasion.

The Melrose Café may be hired to enable greater seating numbers for events held in the ballroom.
Guests can also be seated on the elevated flat lawn area in front of the house to enjoy an immediate view of the entrance steps and veranda, a beautiful setting in which to exchange wedding vows or from which to deliver that special address.
The Board Room
On the upper floor the boardroom has a magnificent leather-clad board table with seating for up to 14 people and views to the sea and sunshine – perfect for meetings and seminars. A smaller, break-out room sits next door.
